**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Projektmanager und bietest Services wie zum Beispiel standardisierte Projekt Setups, Controllings, Reports, Rechnungsstellung und kundenspezifische Auswertungen an
- Als Teil des PMO-Teams wirkst du an der Erarbeitung, Weiterentwicklung und Etablierung neuer Projektmanagement-Standards und -prozesse mit, mit denen wir das Serviceangebot laufend ausbauen
- Du optimierst bestehende PMO-Prozesse und gestaltest das PMO und dessen Ausrichtung aktiv mit
- Du betreibst aktives Wissensmanagement rund um das Thema Projekte
**Qualifikationen**
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse (mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung)
- Erste Berufserfahrung als Projektassistenz oder PMO im Web
- und idealerweise im Agenturumfeld wünschenswert
- Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einer hohen Affinität zu Zahlen
- Kenntnisse im (agilen) Projektmanagement, Controlling und/oder Reporting
- Erfahrung in der Definition und Ausarbeitung von Prozessen und Standards wünschenswert
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
