**Director Global Launch Management (f/m/d)**
- Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent- Management of Global Product Launches from a Supply Chain perspective to have the right product at the right time at the right price and right quality in the markets. The Director of Global Launch Management is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful planning, execution, and coordination of product launches on a global scale. This role plays a critical part in the company by ensuring efficient and effective launch activities enabling time to market product launches. The role also supports continuous improvement processes along the E2E Supply Chain and is part of the Global SCLT-Leadershipteam.**What you can expect**
- You lead the Global Launch Management Team which is coordinating launch activities of STADA AG in the regions EU, CIS, SEE and Emerging Markets within the Supply Chain Management.
- You are responsible for people management and development. Build long-term loyalty, trust, credibility, commitment, and morale in your team.
- You serve as the main point of contact for global launch activities, providing regular updates to senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional team
- You monitor and evaluate launch performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- You are ensuring adequate information flow and coordination between all internal and external stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, including key vendors and alliance partners, to support launch activities
- You contribute to the set-up of the supply chain of new products, including supply chain mapping. Challenging existing and/or new proposed In Licencing supply chains in order to reduce risks and streamline SC processes.
- You ensure oversight of supply chain changes and lead end-to-end change control management, working in a cross-functional environment
- You conduct scenario analysis, develop business cases and make recommendation to facilitate strategic decision-making within TechOps areas (e.g., Operations, Supply Chain, Quality) in alignment with leadership team
- You are responsible of dentification of risks and working out scenarios to enable a successful implementation of launches
- You are reporting project progress and risk / mitigation plans in monthly CTO reporting you are driving development of continuous improvement processes
- You are creating detailed launch timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and manage their execution to ensure timely and successful product launches across multiple markets

**What we offer**
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Masters, PhD) preferred
- You have a professional experience in pharmaceutical/generics industry
- You have excellent English language skills. German language skills (optional, but a plus)
- You have strong abilities in Project and Process Management
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and you have strong leadership skills to guide various functions in projects
- You embrace empowerment and have strong influencing skills as well as ability to achieve results in a collaborative way
- You are a Team player with the ability to support ideas and make change happen
- You are reliable, independent, and high degree of involvement required
- You have the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and move quickly among differing tasks appropriately
- You are able to re-prioritize tasks quickly and deliver results
- You have a proven track record of driving strategic projects, advising senior leadership and update on challenges/risks and the current status
- You are able to think, act and initiate in operational, tactical and strategic terms.
- You are familiar with the current regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
