Ihre Rolle- Sie unterstützen den Global Process Owner (GPO) Accounts Receivable in allen Fragen entlang der Order-to-Cash Prozesskette- Sie begleiten als Projektmitglied die Einführung neuer Prozesse und Tools zur Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Accounts Receivable Prozessen- Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, die Durchführung von Schulungen sowie die Überwachung der Einhaltung der globalen Accounts Receivable Prozesse mit Hilfe von Process Mining Tools- Dabei identifizieren Sie Schwachstellen und leiten Prozessanpassungen ab- Als Junior Global Process Expert (m/w/d) sind Sie eng in das ZEISS Konzernprogramm FIT4 zur Einführung einer neuen SAP-Landschaft auf Basis SAP S/4 und der Definition der künftigen globalen Accounts Receivable Prozesse eingebunden

Ihr Profil- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker mit Affinität zu buchhalterischen Prozessen und mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in relevanten Positionen- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 und/oder S/4 FI und SD sowie gute MS Office-Kenntnisse- Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise verbunden mit der Bereitschaft im Team zu arbeiten, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und sind offen für Veränderungen- Erste Erfahrung in SAP-Beratung FI/CO mit hoher Affinität zu IT-Themen und ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Vorgänge und Prozesse von Vorteil- Hohe Eigenmotivation, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein übergreifendes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge und Lösungen- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Arbeit im internationalen Netzwerk
