Your Mission

As Process Architect for Way of working you will work in an organization with Process Quality Engineers, Agile Coaches and experts in; ASPICE, SAFe, Operational Excellence and ISO9001. Your task would be to orchestrate the development and further improvement of our agile scaling framework “Way of Working”. Way of Working is our internal agile, scaling framework which currently supports multiple departments, numerous projects and defines how we collaborate across more than 1.000 developers and more than 15 suppliers. In the future, we plan to make this source of agile and automotive best practices available to even more teams and projects.

In this role, you will orchestrate the development of agile an agile software development processes for the automotive industry. The development process needs to be compliant with different industry standards i.e. ASPICE, ISO9001, FuSA and Cybersecurity.

You will be responsible of the Way of Working roadmap; functional content, releases, maturity, compliance and improvement work in MBition.

You will facilitate department, company, and project-wide initiatives where needed and ultimately help build an agile development process within an automotive context.

Your Profile

Experience
- 5 years of relevant job experience in Process development incl. working with Process modelling tools e.g. Stages, Signavio
- Proven track record in establishing and scaling agile processes and methodologies in tech teams and larger organizations
- Expert in writing and developing processes, methods, guidelines & templates
- 15 years of relevant experience in automotive and/or agile in regulated environments (ISO 9001, ASPICE, ISO26262)
- Conducting trainings, classroom, online and hybrid setups.
- Coaching of individuals and teams

Nice to have:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification.
- Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, RTE or equivalent
- Certified Practitioner of an applied scaling framework

- Team player

Language skills:

- Proficient in English. German is a plus
