Als Senior Project Direktor in unserer Abteilung Test Environment leiten Sie Projekte zur Entwicklung von Testlösungen für neue Infineon Produkte. Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:

- **Leitung hoch komplexer internationaler Projekte **in unserer Abteilung **„Test Environment“ **durch den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus - von der Initiierung bis zu dem Abschluss der strategischen Projektzielen, wie beispielsweise eine neue Technologie
- **Verantwortung für die Projektplanung, -durchführung und -kontrolle **über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
- **Führung von cross-funktionalen und multikulturellen Projektteams, **inklusive den untergeordeten (Teil-)Projektleiter, **über verschiedene Standorte hinweg **; das Team wird so geführt, dass die Projektmanager der Teilprojekte **eigenständige Entscheidungen **treffen können und bei **Bedarf angemessene Unterstützung **bekommen
- **Verantwortung **für die **Projektergebnisse sowie den Projekterfolg **, Koordinierung des Projekts mit den **Business Partnern **, u.a. der **Fertigungsvorstand**:

- Versteht es **, ein strategisches Netzwerk partnerschaftlich aufzubauen und zu pflegen**:

- **Steuerung der externen Partner und Dienstleister **(Outsourcing Partner)

Sie behalten Ihr Projekt stets im Auge, ohne das große Ganze zu vergessen. Dabei wägen Sie Chancen und Risiken sorgfältig gegeneinander ab. Sie handeln auch unter Druck proaktiv und lösungsorientiert, um komplexe Projektsituationen im Sinne des Unternehmens erfolgreich zu managen. Als Teamplayer kooperieren Sie über Grenzen hinweg, schätzen die Beiträge anderer und nutzen das daraus resultierende kreative Potential.

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:

- Einen **technischen Studienabschluss **, idealerweise in **Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder einem artverwandten Studiengang **besitzen
- Mindestens **10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung **vorzugsweise im Bereich **Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder in der Halbleiterindustrie **mitbringen
- Ein **gutes Verständnis elektronischer Produkte, deren Herstellungsschritte **, Testing und Validierung, und idealerweise **Erfahrung mit deren Hochvolumenfertigung **anwenden können
- Mindestens **8 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleiter **und sehr gutes Know-How relevanter **Methoden & Prozesse **vorweisen können
- Idealerweise eine **offizielle IPMA Level C Zertifizierung **oder äquivalent abgeschlossen haben
- Erfahrung in der **Leitung sehr komplexer **und **standortübergreifender Projekte **sammeln konnten
- Sich durch **sehr gute Kommunikations-, und Moderationsfähigkeiten und Soft Skills **gegenüber dem **Team und Stakeholdern aller Hierarchiestufen bis zum Board **auszeichnen
- **Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse**
