**You will be...**:
**Chemometric Model Development and Optimization**:

- scale our existing models and solutions for accuracy and efficiency.

**Data Analysis and Interpretation**:

- Extract insights and patterns to support experiments, spectroscopic measurements and scientific conclusions.

**Visualizing data**:

- Create intuitive data visualizations to present key results and findings.
- Design interactive dashboards for data querying and predictive analytics.

**Learning**,** innovation and collaboration**
- Stay updated with advancements in chemometrics, data science/AI and material science.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, software engineers and product teams to integrate data-driven solutions.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**You're a good fit for us if...**:

- You have Qualifications (degree) in Chemical Sciences, Data Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or a related field or you have suitable work experience
- You have proficient programming skills in languages such as Python and/or R with a focus on data analytics and scalable code
- You have experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas and Numpy), machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, Tensorflow) and statistical tools for multivariate analysis
- You have a strong understanding of chemometrics, FTIR spectroscopy and process analytical technology. Previous experience working in chemometrics, biopharma or chemical analytics would be a plus
- You have proven record of effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration among multidisciplinary teams
- You have an independent way of working and enjoy detail-oriented work and taking on responsibility
- You have a hands-on attitude and want to be actively involved in shaping things
- You have very good written and spoken English skills
