**Ihre Rolle**
Eine neue Herausforderung bietet Sich für Sie an der Schnittstelle zwischen Steuerrecht und IT. Mit dem Head of Tax Technology and Innovations gestalten Sie aktiv die Digitalisierung im Steuerbereich. Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt die prozessbezogene Beratung und Weiterentwicklung von Tax-Tool. Sie unterstützen bei Rollout Aktivitäten und der Datenanalyse und Visualisierung ertragsteuerlicher Daten. Sie erwarten Projektaufgaben im Bereich der Automatisierung von CbCR-Reportings, der Einführung von Tax Compliance
- und Tax Risk Management Systemen. Des Weiteren behalten Sie mögliche Änderungen im Steuerrecht im Auge und ergreifen bei Auswirkungen auf den Bereich Tax-Technology entsprechende Maßnahmen. Sie arbeiten als Impulsgeber für Prozessverbesserungen im Steuerbereich und erleichtern den Steuerexperten die tägliche Arbeit.
**Wer Sie sind**
- Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder IT, idealerweise in Kombination
- mindestens 3 -5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT & Prozesse im Bereich Finance und Affinität für den Bereich Steuern.
- Sie sind Praktiker (m/w/d) und treiben die digitale Transformation der Konzern-Steuerfunktion mit uns voran.
- Sie kennen die relevanten Technologietrends und -möglichkeiten und bewerten diese auf ihre Einsatzfähigkeit in der Steuerabteilung oder im Konzern.
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert.
- Sie haben Spaß daran, an kontinuierlichen, prozessualen Verbesserungen mitzuwirken und konnten Ihre guten analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten bereits unter Beweis stellen.
- Sie sind ein engagiertes Teammitglied mit ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit und Kollaborationsbereitschaft, das aktiv zur Erreichung unserer gemeinsamen Ziele beiträgt.
