**Your career at Deutsche Börse Group**:

**Your area of work**:
We at Deutsche Börse create trust in the markets of today and tomorrow. While keeping the established market infrastructure businesses for traditional securities reliable and stable, Deutsche Börse is strategically positioning itself in the emerging space of crypto and digital assets. At core, we build fair, transparent and orderly marketplaces. Thus, the next step is to establish institutional-grade investment eco-system for this new asset class.

This role offers an exciting combination of product and business development, where you will own origination of product ideas, with subsequent design and implementation, in addition to contributing to business growth through development of viable business cases and commercial models. You will be combining your passion for cryptocurrencies with knowledge in traditional investment products. In close collaboration with colleagues across Sales, Operations and IT, you will be employing your creativity and exceptional interpersonal communication in cross-functional teams to propose and drive execution of out-of-the-box ideas, which add value to businesses of our customers. For this purpose, you will also set up a framework to gather and make best use of market and product intelligence using your excellent quantitative and data analytics skills. You produce product insights and research pieces, which help customers better understand complex questions and contribute to building firm’s reputation as a thought-leader in the space.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Product development through originating, designing and implementing respective ideas
- Combine Deutsche Börse’s solid traditional market models with cutting-edge product innovation in the digital asset space
- Ensure industry intelligence and product metrics is part of product and market development process
- Produce product insights and research pieces for customers and internal stakeholders
- Being on the pulse of the industry development, develop and implement viable business models as well as commercial or product partnerships

**Your profile**:

- 2+ years of product development or product/project management experience
- Start-up mindset: can-do approach, self-driven to learn and grow, stress-resistant
- Creativity, excellent problem-solving skills and at least some experience in employing respective instruments
- Quick to learn and ability to articulate complex cases clearly and precisely
- Excellent quantitative and data analytics skills
- Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrencies with technical understanding of blockchain; on pulse of product innovation in the digital asset space
- Active network in the digital asset space; published articles in domains of digital asset and blockchain is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English; German and further languages will be an advantage
