**Global Business Partner TechCom PH**
Position: Major Tasks Establish effective, trustful, personal relationships with key stakeholders to set joint targets, align strategic initiatives (across-categories) and identify areas of opportunities. Is the single point of contact point for all procurement related topics for stakeholder community. Represents the entire Procurement in the dialogue with divisional engineering. Plan and track strategic initiatives (across categories) that support business growth and create valuefor the respective business stakeholder community. Lead the development of sourcing and contracting strategies in all divisional investments and steer all procurement activities as well as the definition of the respective execution model. Represent procurement in the Steering Committees of capex projects and ensure performance of suppliers in all projects. Setup all relevant procurement related tasks in the respective capex projects and steer the assigned procurement resources. Position: Skills,... MBA or equivalent degree in science or business management. Solid background and expertise in Procurement and procurement processes and methodologies. Strong stakeholder engagement skills combined with strong collaboration, influencing and communication competencies. Ability to deliver results in complex and potentially ambiguous environments. Multiple years of experience in major investment projects. Strong in cross-functional collaboration.
