Enterprise Architect / Solution Architekt (m/w/d)

Methodisch und fachlich fit durch Coachings / Sparrings machen wir uns übrigens in unserem mgm-internen CIO Advisory Fachteam - frei nach dem Motto „miteinander und voneinander lernen“. Hier beschäftigen wir uns aktuell u. a. mit den Themen der IT Organisation der Zukunft und einem ITOM für Cloud Management und sind gespannt auf Dein Thema, mit dem Du Dich tiefer auseinandersetzen möchtest.

Das erwartet Dich
- Berate und erstelle eigenverantwortlich Architektur
- und Lösungsentwürfe
- Führe Architekturanalysen bei der Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von System
- und Enterprise Architekturen durch z. B. im Rahmen der IT-Strategie-Entwicklung, bei der Durchführung von IT-Assessments oder der Entwicklung von Roadmaps in M&A Projekten
- Erstelle passende Architekturentwürfe für komplexe Unternehmenslandschaften und kommuniziere diese effektiv an relevante Stakeholder Gruppen
- Leite kleinere Teams und sei verantwortlich für Fachthemen und Coachings
- Baue das interne Wissensmanagement weiter aus und gestalte moderne Entwicklungsprozesse mit entsprechenden Toolkits
- Entwickle Dein Know-how und Dein Netzwerk, um mit Empathie und Fingerspitzengefühl Bedarfe zu identifizieren und unser Beratungsangebot zu erweitern

Das solltest Du mitbringen
- Du hast Dein Masterstudium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Naturwissenschaften oder BWL mit technischem Schwerpunkt erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Architektur-Lösungen sowie in der Umsetzung funktionaler und nicht funktionaler Anforderungen in Architekturen mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Design von Architekturen, deren Modellierung (u.a. TOGAF) sowie deren Anwendung z. B. bei komplexen Architekturentscheidungen - auch in agilen DevSecOps und Cloud Environments
- Du kannst idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Enterprise Architecture und Application Portfolio Management vorweisen
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft runden Dein Profil ab
