Job Description: Senior Associate Corporate Actions Administrator

We are looking for an experienced employee to join our team as soon as possible.

What Corporate Actions is responsible for:
In the area of Corporate Actions, we manage and process various events that can impact the financial instruments or securities held be the company or its clients. Corporate actions are events initiated by a publicly traded company that can have a direct impact on it’s shareholders or on their securities.

This includes the details of Corporate action details are communicated timely and accurately and client instructions are being processed timely and accurately in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding International Corporate Action Functions ( German Corporate actions expertise is a plus)
- Research and analysis of securities documentation and timely processing of information to our clients for upcoming corporate actions on securities, fixed income securities and warrants for the German market
- Excellent reconciliation skills for client positions
- Timely and accurate processing of customer instructions to the German market.
- Escalate all risk issues and compliance violations identified in the course of your daily work to line management in a timely manner.
- Excellent collaboration with external custodians, agents, issuers and global internal teams (settlement, client service, securities finance/lending, tax, response teams)
- Respond and resolve timely and accurate customer inquiries
- Management experience and decision-making skills
- Work on projects related to process improvement, control environment improvement, and automation.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Successfully completed economics studies, completed banking training or comparable educational background
- Professional experience in corporate actions of a depositary or a capital management company for at least 4 years
- Good expertise in the field of corporate actions and general meetings in the German market, as well as very good SWIFT experience
- Knowledge of Cascade, Xact and WM (securities notifications) is a plus
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
