We are looking for additional support, located in Düsseldorf, for our two European offices in full-time for the next possible entry date

**Sales/Purchasing Administration Europe (m/w).**

Allied Metals Corp is a global specialty metals company serving high technology industries in North
America, Europe, and Asia. Small, highly effective local teams in regional offices in Dusseldorf and Lyon, work in close cooperation with our office in the United States. This position offers the opportunity to work in a stimulating international environment, with the advantage of close and immediate access to management in all locations.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supporting the French and the German office with the preparation of offers, handling the entries of orders in our ERP-system and arranging of the logistics for our orders.
- Communicating with all stakeholders in the supply chain to ensure the efficiency of our processes.
- You are becoming the competent contact for our external partners for the sales
- and purchasing
- orders you are handling.
- Preparing regular reports and documents for internal decision makers and external contacts (like tax-consultants) autonomously.
- Engage in conversations and relationship building, while being able to communicate on all levels within our organization but also with all external partners including customers, logistic providers, and colleagues in Europe and the USA.

**Our expectations**:

- You have completed your studies with a Bachelor degree in administration or a similar background.
- You have the ability to make responsible choices, the flexibility to create alternative solutions or to search for alternatives, and you are taking the responsibility to for your decisions.
- Hands-on mentality. Our small multi-national organization requires a broad range of assignments and flexibility, with limited supervision.
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in sales administration, preferably in the metal-processing or manufacturing industry.
- If you have knowledge of chemistry/physical chemistry that would be preferred.
- Experienced administrative background to organize the tasks and responsibilities.
- Your English-, French
- and German-skills are fluent verbally and in writing.
- A proficient usage of MS-Office and other ERP-software is natural to you.
- You have a drivers-license Class „B“.
- You are willing to travel 10-20% of your time.
