**Projektleitung (m|w|d) Engineering Production Support**

Werden Sie Teil unseres jungen Teams im Engineering Production Support für unsere Nutzfahrzeugkomponenten am Puls der Produktion.
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie unterstützen die Umsetzung von Entwicklungstätigkeiten vor Ort im Fertigungs
- und Montagewerk für alle Nutzfahrzeuganwendungen in Garching in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ihren Kollegen der Entwicklungsstandorte (Heidenheim, Crailsheim und Zschopau).
- Sie senken Produktions-, Fertigungs
- und Qualitätskosten durch die Umsetzung von Design-to-Cost and Quality Methoden in der Division Commercial Vehicles der Voith Turbo.
- Gemeinsam mit diversen internen Fachbereichen (z. B. Einkauf, Fertigung, Produktmanagement, Sales) und Lieferanten unterstützen Sie die Herstellung unserer Produkte (Busgetriebe, E-Antriebe, Retarder, Engine Components, Schwingungsdämpfer).
- Unter Ihrer Anleitung werden Konzepte zur Serienfertigung neu entwickelter Produkte für unsere Antriebstechnik der Zukunft - insbesondere für elektrische und hybride Antriebe - umgesetzt.
- Mit Ihrem Verständnis für Qualitätsprozesse und Produktanforderungen im Automotive-Umfeld legen Sie die Rahmenbedingungen für die Fertigung und Montage fest, definieren Grenzwerte sowie Toleranzen für moderne Fertigungs
- und Montageanlagen mit End-of-Line Prüfständen.
**Ihr Profil**
- Sie haben Ihr Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar erfolgreich abgeschlossen und konnten gegebenen falls schon erste Erfahrungen im Seriengeschäft für Nutzfahrzeuge sammeln.
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung und haben bereits eine Serieneinführung in die Produktion im Automotive Umfeld begleitet. Begriffe wie IATF 16949, Lean Production, V-Prozess sind Ihnen kein Fremdwort.
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement setzen wir voraus; Ihre Stärke in Organisationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft und Zeitmanagement zeichnen Sie aus.
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie darüber hinaus über Know-how im Bereich E/E-Technologie oder alternativer Antriebssysteme.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
- Ihre Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Neues sowie Ihre herausragende Motivation zur Arbeit mit neuen Technologien zeichnen Sie ebenso aus, wie Ihre Freude an einer lösungsorientierten, offenen Kommunikation und Diskussion in crossfunktionalen Teams.
- Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (20 %) rundet Ihr Profil ab.
