**AUFGABEN**

Entwickeln und Validieren von bioanalytischen Methoden im Rahmen von präklinischen und klinischen Studien zur Findung neuer Wirkstoffe (z.B. kleine Moleküle, Peptide, Proteine, RNA), Biomarkern und Formulierungsbestandteilen in Abstimmung mit dem Leiter Methodenentwicklung / - validierung bzw. dessen Vertreter

Eigenständiges Erstellen von analytischen Arbeitsvorschriften und Durchführen von quantitativen Arzneistoffbestimmungen aus biologischen Matrices mittels LC-MS/MS gemäß relevanter GLP- und GCP-Richtlinien

Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen (peer review, QC-Checks) und Fehlersuchen (Analysen, Geräte-Performance)

Bedienen von Laborinformationssoftware (Watson LIMS) und Unterstützen bei der Implementierung neuer Analysentechnologien

Warten von analytischen Messgeräten (z.B. Sciex Triple-Quadrupol Massenspektrometern, HPLCs verschiedener Hersteller)

Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Tätigkeiten entsprechend gültiger SOPs und GLP Richtlinien

**QUALIFIKATIONEN**

Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Bachelor/Master) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Kenntnisse in der Verwendung von HPLC und Massenspektrometrie (TQ-MS) zur quantitativen Analyse

Vertiefte Kenntnisse verschiedener Extraktionstechniken zur Aufreinigung vom Analyten aus biologischen Matrices

Kenntnisse der OECD GLP und relevanter EMA und FDA Richtlinien sind von Vorteil

Sehr sorgfältige, zuverlässige und organisierte Arbeitsweise, analytische Denkweise

Hohe Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

Solide Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office

Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
