To expand our Corporate HR Team, based in Munich, we are currently looking for a
**Head of Global Talent Acquisition (f/m/d)**:
**What You Will Do**:

- You are responsible to coordinate activities to position BayWa r.e. as an Employer of Choice and to provide a sense of belonging where employees continue to feel proud to work at
- You lead, coach, and develop the global talent acquisition team that is responsible for Employer Branding, Strategic Recruiting and Active Sourcing
- You are responsible for establishing a powerful and inspiring employer brand that creates a strong market position, supports business strategy, and attracts best talent
- You manage the further development of our recruiting programs (also considering our diversity and inclusion strategies) that support the long-term goals of the company
- You are a partner (with other central functions) for the business units to support the attraction of talents of today and tomorrow across locations
- You are accountable for related IT system maintenance and development and talent acquisition KPI’s

**What You Bring**:

- Holding a degree of a relevant study as for example psychology or educational sciences
- Previous experience in a leadership role; you lead the hearts and minds of others (as supervisor, colleague, and business partner)
- 5+ years of people management experience with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop talent
- You are an expert in recruiting, the global hiring scene and employer branding trends
- You are passionate, committed, business and team oriented and have a structured working style
- Ability to understand complexity, to communicate effectively and to be convincing at all levels
- Experience in working in international corporate environments and intercultural sensitivity
- Excellent English skills, German skills are a plus
- Open to the changes of digitization and implementing them in your daily work
