- Sie verantworten den strategischen Input für die Erstellung der globalen Kollektion (Umfang, Kategorien, Preisgefüge) für Spiele und Spielware - erstellt in Zusammenarbeit mit Distributionskanälen und Ländern und basierend auf Marktanalysen, Trends und Kundenfeedback
- Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit ist die Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Überwachung effektiver Merchandising-Strategien zur Optimierung der Produktplatzierung und Maximierung des Umsatzes
- Hierzu gehört u.a. die Analyse von Onsite-Kennzahlen und Markt
- sowie Verkaufsdaten zur Identifikation von Trends und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Nutzererfahrung
- Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Fokussierung auf Kundeninteressen und -bedürfnisse, zur Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Merchandising-Konzepts sowie für die proaktive Anpassung des Sortiments an sich verändernde Marktanforderungen
- Weiterhin unterstützen Sie bei der Erstellung der Sortimentsstrategie gemeinsam mit PM und Vertrieb zur Steigerung von Umsatz und Rentabilität
- In Ihrer Verantwortung liegt die Sortimentsempfehlungen pro Kanal und Land
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement legen Sie angemessene Preisstrategien fest, die sowohl Wettbewerbsfähigkeit als auch Rentabilität gewährleisten
- Sie unterstützen bei der Kampagnenplanung und Kategorie Gestaltung im Bereich Online
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Merchandise Planning hinsichtlich der Mengenplanungen und des Bestandsmanagement zusammen sowie mit Sales Controlling zu Rentabilitätsanalysen
- Die kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Marketing, Vertrieb und Logistik zur Sicherstellung der effektiven Umsetzung der Sortimentsstrategien gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Sie tragen Verantwortung für das Bestandsmanagement
