Ihre Rolle- das Produktionssegment Adjustment ArF & ArFi innerhalb der Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH eigenverantwortlich leiten und dabei Mitarbeiter im direkten und indirekten Bereich führen- für unterschiedliche DUV-Produkte die Montage und Justage unter Einhaltung der Termin-, Qualitäts
- und Kostenziele verantworten- die termingerechte Lieferung der DUV-Produkte sicherstellen und dabei Prozesse und Vorprozesse eng überwachen und ggf. korrigierend eingreifen, zudem erfassen Sie die nötigen Kennzahlen und nutzen diese zur Steuerung- durch lhre ausgeprägte Führungspersönlichkeit werden Sie lhr Team weiterentwickeln und motivieren und sicherstellen, dass die ZElSS Führungsgrundsätze in Ihrer Organisation gelebt werden- die Weiterentwicklung lhres Bereichs bis hin zum Aufbau neuer Produktlinien, den Einsatz innovativer Produktionsverfahren, die Gestaltung einer effizienten Organisation und deren kontinuierlichen Verbesserung sicherstellen- die Planungen in lhrem Bereich hinsichtlich lnvestitionen, Fläche, Mitarbeiter und laufenden Kosten durchführen und deren Einhaltung nach vereinbarten Budgets sicherstellen- die Arbeitssicherheit in Ihrem Bereich verantworten und die Nachhaltigkeit der Produktion weiter vorantreiben- als Mitglied des Management-Teams von Operations bereichsübergreifend das Produktionssystem der SMT weiterentwickeln und maßgeblich zukünftige Fertigungsstrategien mitgestalten

Ihr Profil- ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im natur
- oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Umfeld- mehr als 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung u.a. im (lateralen) Führen von Teams im R&D oder Produktionsumfeld- nachweisliche Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Durchführung von größeren Projekten, z.B. Taskforces, im R&D oder Fertigungsumfeld- die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft sich schnell in Methodenkenntnisse im Bereich Produktion z.B. KVP, Six Sigma, Lean, Steuerung inkl. der entsprechenden lT-Landschaft (SAP, MES) einzuarbeiten- Kenntnisse in Entwicklungs
- und Herstellungsprozessen von opto-mechatronischen Komponenten und Systemen- Sie konnten bereits durch lhre Managementkompetenz strategisches und unternehmerisches Handeln beweisen und mit Ihrem Auftreten Akzeptanz bei internationalen Partnern und Kunden beweisen- fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
