You support our team as

**Apprentice Operator (f/m/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Line management**: You will manage the manufacturing process. Your task? To ensure compliance with production standards, customer specifications and performance targets (volume, quality, waste).
- **Traceability and communication**: you will ensure the traceability of production processes and communicate information within your team. Objective: ensure business continuity and optimize production.
- **Comprehensive training**: You will acquire essential theoretical knowledge at vocational school. But that's not all You will also expand your knowledge of economics, German and English.
- **Practical experience on site**: You will not be confined to a classroom. Your practical work will take place directly in our production areas. You will touch, manipulate and perfect your skills.
- **Expert supervision**: Our experienced trainers will accompany you from the very beginning. They will prepare you step by step.

**Qualifications**:

- **Successfully completed secondary school leaving certificate**: You have successfully left school behind you and are ready for new challenges.
- Passion **for manual work in the industrial sector**: You love to get hands-on and create things.
- **Initiative, a sense of responsibility and independence**: You like to take on responsibility and work independently.
- **Team spirit and flexibility**: You are a team player and like to adapt to different situations.
