- Du bist für die Leitung der Teams AI, Produktmanagement, Medienproduktion und Zertifizierung verantwortlich
- Du verantwortest die Transformation des Unternehmens durch den Einsatz von KI und die übergeordnete Produktstrategie
- Du entwickelst kontinuierlich Strategien zur Nutzung von KI zur Erweiterung und qualitativen Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios an Weiterbildungs
- und Umschulungsprodukten
- Du überwachst und steuerst die Entwicklung, Produktion, Aktualisierung und Zertifizierung aller Weiterbildungs
- und Umschulungskurse in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Fachbereichen in der Lehre unter Nutzung neuester KI-Technologien
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Optimierung der Prozesse in der Produktentwicklung über verschiedene Funktionen und Bereiche hinweg
- Die Produkt
- und Produktionsplanung liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich, inklusive der Gewährleistung der rechtzeitigen Entwicklung, Produktion und Zertifizierung geplanter Weiterbildungs
- und Umschulungsmaßnahmen.
- Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Steuerungsformaten und Berichten zuständig, führst Analysen zur Produktleistung durch und leitest daraus resultierende Maßnahmen ab
- Du initiierst kennzahlenbasierte Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Umsatz und Produktprofitabilität in Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Abteilungen
- Du behältst den Markt, den Wettbewerb und aktuelle Entwicklungen im Bereich Weiterbildung genau im Auge, um frühzeitig relevante Trends zu identifizieren und entsprechende Maßnahmen abzuleiten
- Du bist integraler Bestandteil des Managementteams von karriere tutor

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder Informatik-Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams und Mitarbeiterführung
- Mindestens 5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im konzeptionellen und operativen Produktmanagement, wünschenswert in der Bildungsbranche
- Berufserfahrung in der Anwendung von KI für die Automatisierung komplexer Dienstleistungen und Kommunikationsinteraktionen
- Fundierte Erfahrung im bereichsübergreifenden Kommunizieren und Ergebnisorientierung in der Projektleitung
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Fähigkeit zur Delegation von Aufgaben, Festlegung konkreter Zielvereinbarungen und Überwachung ihrer Einhaltung
- Ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, analytische Fähigkeiten und KPI-Orientierung
- Eigenmotivation, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
- Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Produkten, insbesondere Excel und PowerBI
- Die Motivation, Menschen bei ihrer Weiterbildung zu unterstützen und ihnen neue berufliche Wege zu ermöglichen
- Die Bereitschaft, eigenständig operative Aufgabenstellungen zu übernehmen, wie z.B. die Erstellung einer Roadmap unserer Produkte
