**Deine Aufgabe**

Gemeinsam mit Deinen PM/ PO Kolleg*innen entwickelst Du die Vision, Strategie und Ausrichtung Deiner Applikationen. Dabei digitalisierst Du alle Prozesse, entlang der Supply Chain und der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie, um unseren Stakeholdern konsistente Systeme zur Verfügung zu stellen, die flexibel auf Businessanforderungen reagieren können. Qualität und Stabilität stehen bei der Konzeption, Implementierung, dem Betrieb und der stetigen Weiterentwicklung der Applikationen für Dich an erster Stelle. Du berücksichtigst stehts die Anforderungen unserer Anwender*innen, priorisierst diese und stellst sicher, dass sie in Einklang mit den Geschäftszielen effizient umgesetzt werden.

Es gelingt Dir Anforderungen und Applikationen Deines Teams in Deiner fachlichen und technischen Gesamtverantwortung optimal aufeinander abzustimmen. Du steuerst die Entwicklung der Applikationen Deines Teams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Entwicklungspartnern. Durch einen engen Austausch mit dem People Lead schafft Ihr gemeinsamen einen Rahmen, der euer Team optimal fördert und begleitet.

**Dein Umfeld**

Du stellst Dich als Bindeglied auf die unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen und deren Bedürfnisse ein und sorgst für eine optimale Vernetzung der Mitarbeiter*innen in der Abteilung. In unserer Abteilung entwickeln und betreiben wir eine Applikations-Suite in der wir alle Prozesse - von Produktidee bis zur abschließenden Verwertung der Artikel - durch Digitalisierung unterstützen. Dabei bist Du ein Teil des gesamten Teams und verantwortest einen wesentlichen Teil der Applikations-Suite.

Du entwickelst eine Vision und Mission für Dein Team und begeisterst Deine Mitarbeiter*innen und Kund*innen dafür. Du strukturierst Dein Team und entscheidest gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeiter*innen, wie die Prozesse zu gestalten und zu priorisieren sind. Du hast die Freiheit die Prozesse und Applikationen im Rahmen einer Applikations-Suite mit zu gestalten.

**Deine Ausbildung**

Grundstein Deines Profils ist ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Management von Applikationen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

**Deine Erfahrung**

Du verfügst über einschlägige Erfahrung in der Produktverantwortung von Applikationen. Darüber hinaus besitzt Du Kenntnisse im Bereich Verhandlung, Kapazitätsplanung, Ordermanagement und/oder Qualitätsmanagement sowie weiteren Supply Chain
- Management-Systemen bei einem e-Commerce-B2C-Portal oder einem vergleichbaren Unternehmen.

**Deine Skills**

Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten versetzen Dich in die Lage, komplexe Zusammenhänge in dem Bereich Supply Chain & Corporate Responsibility zu managen. Des Weiteren bist Du in der Lage komplexe IT-Anforderungen für Deine Kunden handhabbar zu machen. Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in der (Geschäfts-) Prozessmodellierung und besitzt einschlägige Erfahrung im (agilen) Management von IT-Projekten.

Durch Deine hohe Kommunikations
- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit gelingt es Dir ein Team mitzureißen, auch in schwierigen Situationen vermittelst du Sicherheit und Optimismus. Du bist selbständig, souverän sowie lösungsorientiert und reflektierst Dich selbst. Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
