**Aufgaben**

Eine deiner Aufgaben wird es sein, neue herausfordernde Projekte für unsere Domäne zu gewinnen. Du analysierst und bewertest Kundenanfragen aus dem Bereich Cloud & Backend Solutions und bist verantwortlich für die Aufwandsschätzung zur Angebotsfindung. Weiterhin erstellst du technische Angebotsbeschreibungen wie Architekturdokumente, Umsetzungskonzepte und die Projektstrategie und arbeitest eng mit dem Akquise-Projektleiter und dem Akquise-Expertenteam zusammen. Dudesignst mit unseren Teamleitern das initiale Projektteam und hilfst beim Übergang von der Akquise zur Projektdurchführung. Weiterhin übernimmst du das Coaching und die Reviews in Bestandsprojekten; vor allem bei Projekten, die du selbst in der Akquise auf den Weg gebracht hast. Du unterstützt den Aufbau neuer Projekte und arbeitest eng mit den Projektleitern und denEntwicklerteams zusammen. Du entwickelst Strategien hinsichtlich der Architektur und dereingesetzten Sprachen und Frameworks.

**Qualifikation**
- Begeisterung für neueste Technologien im zukunftsorientierten Umfeld
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Softwareentwickler idealerweise im Cloud-, Backend-Umfeld und der Anwendungsentwicklung
- Projekterfahrung als Software-Architekt oder Senior-Developer
- Organisationstalent und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Umfassende Erfahrung in Aufwandsbewertung von Software-Entwicklungsprojekten
- Talent und Mut, um aus den vielfältigen und oft unklaren Anforderungen Kundenlösungen zu gestalten
- Erfahrung in der agilen Projektabwicklung
- Software-Architektur
- und Design-Erfahrung mit gutem Verständnis für Modellierungssprachen oder sonstigen Arten Architekturen und technische Lösungen zu beschreiben
- Erfahrungen in der Akquise (Pre-Sales) sehr willkommen
