**Mitarbeiter Quality Management & Procurement Services (m/w/d)**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Dein zukünftiges Team „Quality Management, Support & Standards“ unterstützt unser technisches Personal in unseren Shopping-Centern in der Durchführung kaufmännischer Prozesse.
- Dabei unterstützt Du die Kolleg:innen in den Shopping-Centern sowohl in der Durchführung operativer Einkaufsprozesse, als auch durch fachliche Lösungen und fortlaufende Prozess-Optimierungen.
- Diese Lösungen erarbeitest Du gemeinsam und interdisziplinär mit anderen Fachabteilungen.
- Neben der Bearbeitung kaufmännischer Vorgänge in SAP mit dem Schwerpunkt Einkauf (z.B. Rahmenverträge und Bestellungen dem fachlichen Support sowie die fortlaufende Optimierung der Prozesse), erstellst du Artikel in unserem Wissensportal und führst Schulungen von Anwendern durch.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung mit, magst Abwechslung, eine agile Arbeitsweise und bist ein echter Teamplayer.
- Dank Deiner IT-Affinität hast Du ein gutes Verständnis von IT-Anwendungen.
- Kaufmännische Prozesse interessieren dich und deine analytische Vorgehensweise sowie Konzeptionsstärke hilft Dir bei komplexen Fragestellungen.
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und übernimmst neue Aufgaben mit Drive und Neugier.
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP) und erste Projekterfahrungen bringst Du idealerweise mit.
