**Your Mission**:
- Produce high-quality stylized characters based on the art guidelines, integrate within the engine
- Collaborate with key team members in the creation of in-game characters and creatures, being able to own parts of the pipeline
- Working closely with your lead to ensure that the art style is consistent and cohesive.
- Assist with mentorship of other team members within the team
- Balance artistic aspects with technical constraints, working closely with technical animators to ensure exceptional execution
**Your Skillset**:
- Proven experience in a Character Art position, ideally with a shipped game title
- 3+ years of experience in AAA/AA game development (PC and/or console)
- Ability to create high-quality, game-ready, efficient, animation-friendly character assets
- Understanding of the game art pipeline and non-destructive, iterative workflow
- Ability to be receptive to art direction and critiques from project art leads
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of Photoshop, ZBrush, Maya, Marvellous Designer, Substance Designer and Painter
- Ability to adapt to different art styles from stylized to realistic
- Strong understanding of human and creature anatomy and forms
- Experience with hand painted textures
