- Wir suchen einen visionären und technisch versierten Co-Founder (m/w/d) für eines unserer neuen oder bestehenden Ventures als
- **Product Owner (m/w/d)**.
- Du wirst den Produktentwicklungsprozess leiten und mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenarbeiten, um bahnbrechende Lösungen im Bereich "Digital Construction" oder "Better Living" zu definieren, zu priorisieren und ins Leben zu rufen. Du wirst etwa 12 Monate mit uns an einem neuen Venture oder einem bereits bestehenden Venture arbeiten.**Deine spannenden Aufgaben**:

- Du entwirfst die Produktvision, Strategie und Roadmap, die mit unseren Geschäftszielen und Kundenbedürfnissen übereinstimmt.
- Du treibst die Entwicklung des Minimum Viable Product (MVP) voran und behältst dabei die langfristige Produkt-Roadmap im Auge.
- Du erstellst und pflegst das Product Backlog und stellst sicher, dass die Features klar definiert und nach Prioritäten geordnet sind.
- Du arbeitest eng mit einem cross-funktionalen Team aus Entwicklern, Designern und anderen Experten zusammen, um das Produkt zum Leben zu erwecken und weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du übersetzt allgemeine Produktanforderungen in detaillierte User Stories, Funktionsspezifikationen und technische Aufgaben für die Entwicklungs
- und Designteams.
- Du entwickelst das Produkt weiter und passt es auf der Grundlage von Nutzerfeedback, Markttrends und neuen Möglichkeiten an.
- Du leitest und beteiligst dich an agilen Entwicklungsprozessen, einschließlich Sprint-Planung, täglichen Stand-ups und Sprint-Reviews, und förderst so ein kollaboratives und innovatives Arbeitsumfeld.
- Du definierst und verfolgst wichtige Kennzahlen und analysierst die Produktperformance und das Nutzerinteresse, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu erzielen.

- Dein Vertrag läuft für die gleiche Zeit wie die Finanzierung des Ventures, also etwa 12 Monate. Danach hast du die Möglichkeit, in eine Festanstellung in das Venture zu wechseln.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz als Product Owner:in, Produktmanager:in, Unternehmer:in oder in einer vergleichbaren Position, mit praktischer Erfahrung in einem wachstumsstarken Startup oder Softwareunternehmen, vorzugsweise bereits mit erster Gründungserfahrung
- Starker technischer Hintergrund mit Fachkenntnissen in Softwareentwicklung, Architektur und verwandten Technologien.
- Unternehmerisches Denken mit der Fähigkeit, kreativ zu sein, Chancen zu erkennen und Strategien in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld nach Bedarf zu ändern.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die es ermöglichen, technische Konzepte auch für nicht-technische Gruppen verständlich zu machen und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Teams zu fördern.
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden, Projektmanagement-Tools und Produktentwicklungspraktiken.
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifende Teams zu leiten und zu motivieren
- Ein erstklassiger Abschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet ist von Vorteil.
