Change ExpertIn Security Processes (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben im Wesentlichen
- Unterstützt das Tribe IAM Management Team bei der Umsetzung der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Berechtigungsmanagements unter von globalen Prozessen und Systemen,
- Unterstützt das Tribe IAM Management Team bei der Sicherstellung der fachlichen Ergebnisse des Tribes, deren Qualitätssicherung, sowie Koordination, Planung und Verbindung der Prozesse, Datenflüsse bzw. Strukturen im Run & Change des IAM,
- Unterstützt das Tribe IAM Management Team und deren Mitarbeiter bei der Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit des Risiko-und Kontrollumfeldes, sowie der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Umfeld der Applikationsweiterentwicklung und der Auslagerungssteuerung des Identity & Access Managements,
- Unterstützung und Steuerung von Projekten und/oder Business Initiativen der Bank, die neue Produkte oder Änderungen des IAM der ING Deutschland betreffen,
- Unterstützt das Tribe IAM Management Team bei der Umsetzung und Planung strategischer Diskussionen im Rahmen der Change Initiativen für das Reporting an alle relevanten Stakeholder, die Vorstellung der Change Initiative innerhalb der Portfolio Sessions mit dem Vorstand und des lokalen & globalen QBR-Prozesses,
- Aufsetzen, Begleiten sowie steuern von Change Initiativen innerhalb des Tribe IAM und im Rahmen des Gesamtbankportfolios für Change Initiativen mit Schnittstellen zum Identity & Access Management der ING Deutschland,
- Zusammenstellung, Aufbereitung und Auswertung des Projektstatus zu den Change-Initiativen mit dem Projektteam in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Tribe Lead, IT Area Lead, dem Tribe IAM Management Team, sowie allen relevanten Stakeholdern bzgl. Zielerreichung, Abhängigkeiten, Risiken, sowie Impediments, zur Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten Umsetzung der Change-Initiative,
- In-/externes sowie inter-/nationales Schnittstellenmanagement auf allen Ebenen, insbesondere zu den Fachbereichen bzw. TECH-Einheiten, den benachbarten CISO-Einheiten, sowie Vorstandsresorts

Am besten bist Du geeignet, wenn Du
- ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Steuerung von komplexen Veränderungsinitiativen hast,
- fundierte Erfahrung und besondere Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement Umfeld vorweisen kannst,
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie politisches und diplomatisches Geschick besitzt,
- umfassende Beratungskompetenz und überzeugendes Auftreten mitbringst,
- Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit, Präsentations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten zu deinen Stärken zählst,
- Analytisches, ganzheitliches, sowie strategisches Denkvermögen und Auffassungsgabe zu deinen Stärken zählst,
- über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift verfügst.
