** Ihre Rolle**: Join our team as a Product Owner and lead the development of our strategic in-house TMS, RoadLOG. You'll collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, to define and implement key features that enhance global operations. Your work will boost user satisfaction and efficiency. Upcoming milestones include launching RoadLOG in major countries and driving our cloud transformation while ensuring service reliability.
** Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Act as a crucial link between business and technology.
- Engage with business stakeholders and users to understand product requirements.
- Ensure the delivery, testing, and release of defined features, meeting defined acceptance and success criteria.
- Facilitate smooth prioritization and release planning with IT and BU stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics to assess processes, identify requirements, and offer data-driven recommendations for product development.
- Provide domain expertise to business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Facilitate communication and promote transparency among management, business teams, IT and third-party service providers.
- Demonstrate system functionality to external and internal stakeholders throughout the product life cycle.

**Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- MBA or equivalent management education in business administration, operations, logistics, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with the road transportation industry and its processes is advantageous.
- Experience in agile product ownership, ideally within global logistics market leaders. Proven drive to achieve results and a passion for designing innovative technology with a pragmatic approach.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (additional languages, especially German or French, are a plus). Willingness to travel to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
