Employee Survey Project Coordinator

Your role- You will have a key role in designing and coordinating the roll out of employee engagement surveys at ZEISS.- The purpose of this role is to enable a better, data-driven understanding of employee experience and culture through surveys and contextualized analyses- You act as Project Coordinator and hence take over the responsibility for requirement gathering, analysis and evaluation, as well as definition of project plans, work packages and deliverables.- In this role, you are responsible to manage the preparation, execution and postprocessing phase of employee engagement surveys at ZEISS, on national and global scale, in time and quality- You will also conduct presentations and negotiations with Workers Council and other stakeholders in collaboration with other departments, to get their buy in for your projects.- You will work closely together with our global HR Representatives, IT, People Development and Cultural Journey and many more Hence you will be the facilitator for collaboration and exchange in your projects by setting up the required project structure and methodology.- After the roll out, you will support the continuous improvement of Employee Engagement Surveys and deliver ideas, strategies, and solutions according to the gathered feedback of your projects- You will also consult the HR Community on data-driven decision making and Employee Engagement and feedback, as well as facilitate new projects, based on the key learnings of the Surveys
**Profile**:
- A degree in Social Sciences or similar- 2+ years functional expertise in Engagement Surveys, HR Project Management, People and Organizational Development or HR Analytics- 1+ years’ experience in Project Coordination or Project Management- Technology and Digitalization Enthusiast with passion for hands-on work- Very Good Background in Psychometrics- Data-enthusiast with a good knowledge of statistics- Great organizational and communication skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work packages, responding with a sense of urgency and ability to embrace change- Solution-oriented thinking and good understanding of processes and dependencies- Fluent communication in written and spoken German & English
