Project Assitant

We are looking for a Project Assistant (M/F/d) who can join our Frankfurt team immediately.

In this role, you provide support to the project manager for delivery of a a major construction project.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Lead and the respective team;
- Draft, review or recommend reports and any project management related documents;
- Check invoices;
- Coordinate and support project workflows;
- Provide progress reports;
- Attendance at relevant meetings, prepare and distribute documents, prepare meeting notes, action items;
- Assist with proposal development and tracking within tools.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language is an advantage;
- Experience in business administrative settings and interfacing with Senior Management;
- University degree in a construction related field is an advantage;
- Experiences in project management;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proactive behaviour, showing initiative and being action-oriented as well as being a Team Player.
