Verantwortlichkeiten- Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen den technischen Fachbereichen sowie den Fachkräften für Wegerecht, Vermessung, Dokumentation und der IT
- Als Projektmanager bzw. Projektverantwortlicher leiten und bearbeiten Sie Projekte des Fachbereichs, einschließlich Projektstudien, Kostenermittlung, Angebotserstellung etc.
- Sie treiben die digitale Weiterentwicklung unserer Product Line Pipelines voran und setzen Digitalisierungsprojekte um, einschließlich Changemanagement
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Steuerung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der EDV-Systeme zur Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Geodaten, zum Dokumentenmanagement und zur Verwaltung von Wegerechten unter strategischen, wirtschaftlichen, betriebstechnischen und sicherheitstechnischen Aspekten
- Sie standardisieren und optimieren Arbeitsabläufe zwischen dem Fachbereich und anderen Abteilungen durch den Einsatz digitaler Lösungen
- Den Bereich vertreten Sie in internen und externen Arbeitskreisen- Anforderungen-
- Ihr Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik / Informatik / Geoinformatik oder vergleichbares haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) aus dem stellenrelevanten Bereich mit sowie in der Leitung von Projekten (inkl. Change Management)
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Kenntnisse mit Geographischen Informationssystemen (GIS) sowie Datenbanken (Oracle, SQL) gesammelt
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations
- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, haben Führungserfahrung und Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie eine aufgeschlossene Art zeichnen Sie aus
