**Maintenance Specialist (d/w/m)**:
Der Standort Mainz-Kostheim mit seinen 530 Beschäftigten versorgt den Markt mit verschiedenen Hygienepapierprodukten, überwiegend der Marke TORK, die an 2 Papiermaschinen und den angeschlossenen Verarbeitungsmaschinen produziert werden.

Derzeit läuft die Projektierung der neuen Linie Peakserve 6 für die BU 2 in der Papierverarbeitung auf Hochtouren. Bereits in der Planungsphase, aber auch bei der Maschinenabnahme vor Ort und dem Aufbau hier in Kostheim, wollen wir einen Maintenance Specialist (Instandhaltungs-Spezialist) mit einbeziehen und auf dessen Wissen und Erfahrung bauen.

**Deine Rolle**:

- Unterstützung des Projektteams
- Aktive Inbetriebnahme der neuen Anlage beim Hersteller und vor Ort
- Listen der Ersatzteile und Bewertung nach A,B,C-Analyse
- Wartungsstrategie (kritische Bauteile, Herstellerbewertung) sowie Wartungsintervalle (periodische Arbeitsaufträge) festlegen und erstellen im SAP
- Strukturbaum und techn. Plätze im SAP festlegen
- SOPs bzw. Arbeitsanweisungen erstellen

**Das bringst du mit**:

- SAP Kenntnisse, Anlegen von Wartungsplänen und des techn. Equipment
- Erfahrung im Bereich mechanische und elektrische Instandhaltung
- Kenntnisse in TPM
- gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Englisch oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Flexibel und teamorientiert
