**Director Government Relations (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**

Als Director Government Relations (m/w/d) in Berlin übernehmen Sie im Wesentlichen folgende Aufgaben:

- Vertretung der Interessen von Bertelsmann gegenüber nationalen und EU-Institutionen, politischen Entscheidungsträgern sowie in Verbänden und Allianzen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von politischen Strategien und Narrativen mit Schwerpunkt im Tech-, Data
- und Medienbereich
- Beobachtung, Analyse und Einordnung von politischen und rechtlichen Entscheidungsprozessen
- Strategische Beratung
- Erarbeiten und Verfassen von Bertelsmann Positionen, Briefings und Stellungnahmen

**Ihr Profil**

Sie sind Volljurist:in und verfügen über langjährige Berufserfahrung in Medienkonzernen, politischen Institutionen oder im Public Affairs Umfeld, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Medienpolitik. Sie bringen ein verlässliches Netzwerk von relevanten Ansprechpartner:innen aus dem politischen Berlin und/oder der Medienbranche mit. Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie aus:

- Hohes Maß an Integrität sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
- Ausgeprägtes politisch-strategisches Verständnis
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Eloquenz und sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Empathie und diplomatisches Geschick
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
