Student Assistant Csr

**Job Definition**:
The position offers you the opportunity to gain in-depth strategic and operational knowledge and experience as well as to actively contribute. You will work hand in hand with the Compliance and Sustainability Managers. You support them in the implementation and planning of measures and guidelines to ensure that the organisation acts in accordance with the applicable laws and the requirements of our customers.

This is what your tasks will include:

- **Digitalisation**: Support the digitalization of our sanction list management
- **Corporate Social Responsibility**: Assist in optimizing our CSR-activities
- **Audits**: Assist in preparation of our yearly EcoVadis-rating / CSR-Audits
- **Collaborating**: Closely cooperate with colleagues from Risk Management, Accounting, Data Protection Department and People & Organisation

**Job Qualification**:

- Enrolled student in the field of Sustainability Management, Business Studies or similar
- Basic knowledge of sustainability and compliance; in the best case, you have already become familiar with these topics during your studies
- Able to transfer theoretical knowledge into practice and
- Experience in evaluating solutions to find suitable and flexible actions for operational business
- Structured working manner with a high level of quality awareness without losing sight of the goal
- Fluent German and English language skills are required
