To support our Sales Excellence Team we are looking for an** intern** in the area of** Project** **Management - Sales Tools & Processes** for our location in Berlin **starting May 2023** (or earlier).
As part of the Sales Excellence Team, you will support us in optimizing the Sales Team's workflows and driving diverse projects forward. In doing so, you will contribute to making our products accessible to even more healthcare professionals and become part of our mission to improve healthcare for all.
**What you'll do**:
As an intern, you will support us in the following areas:
- You conduct independent analyses regarding the performance of our sales teams and support the decision making regarding new sales strategies
- You are responsible for the development of WalkMe tutorials to explain (new) processes in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- You support our sales teams in the correct use of relevant tools and processes
- You develop communication or training materials for internal sales meetings
- You help us to identify and implement optimization potentials for the processes within the sales department
- You will also take on your own projects within our Sales Excellence Organization
**At the end of your internship you will have**:
- Gained extensive experience in project management in teams operating locally and internationally
- Learned to use your analytical skills to understand context and assess performance through KPIs and reporting
- Acquired comprehensive knowledge about the structure & development of a sales organization operating throughout Germany
