Summary

Für den Bereich "Optronical Sensors & Lasers" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n "Arbeitsvorbereiter*in (w/m/d)" am Standort Oberkochen.

Der Bereich "Optronical Sensors & Lasers" produziert Wärmebild
- und Hochleistungskameras sowie Laserentfernungsmesser für den Einsatz in stationären und mobilen Anwendungen. Die Sensoren werden im maritimen Bereich sowie bei Landfahrzeugen und auch in fliegenden Anwendungen eingesetzt.

Diese Systeme dienen der Aufklärung und dem Schutz von Grenzen, Objekten und Personen. Die Stelle ist im Bereich der Laserentfernungsmessgeräte für Luft-, Land
- und Seesysteme angesiedelt.

Your Tasks- Planung und Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Arbeitsgängen / -folgen in der Fertigung- Erstellung und Führung von Fertigungsunterlagen, Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten für Seriengeräte und Instandsetzungen sowie Dokumentation in SAP- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Erprobung von Prototypen sowie dem Launch von Projekten / Produkten in die Fertigung im engen Austausch mit dem Engineering, der Konstruktion, der Qualität und der Projektleitung- Planung von Betriebsmitteln mit Schwerpunkt Elektronik, Software, Optik und Mechanik- Mitwirkung bei der Festlegung benötigter Fertigungskapazitäten unter Berücksichtigung fertigungstechnischer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Erkenntnisse und Vorschläge zur fertigungsgerechten Gestaltung von Bauteilen machen- Durchführung von Soll-Ist Vergleiche, Fertigungskosten errechnen und Alternativen von Eigen
- / Fremdfertigung ermitteln- Mitarbeit bei Definition, Entwicklung, Erprobung, Qualifikation, Freigabe und Einführung neuer Technologien, Verfahren und Methoden in der Produktion- Anwendung gängiger Methoden (Lean, SPC) und Mitwirkung beim kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess- Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen in der Produktion (Ursachenanalyse, Problemlösung)

Your Profile- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Optoelektronik oder eine technische Berufsausbildung mit einer Weiterqualifikation zum / zur Techniker*in im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar- Fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich der Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Automatisierung von opto-elektronischen Geräten und Systemen- Praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich der Optik vorteilhaft- Gute Kenntnisse in SAP, MS Office und CAD- Methodenkenntnisse in Lean-Produktion und Six Sigma (Wertstromanalyse und Wertstromdesign)- Selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise- Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit- Integrations
- und Durchsetzungsvermögen zuzüglich einer guten Kommunikationsfähigkeit- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
