**Head of Engineering (M/F/d)**:
**Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören...**:

- Lead the technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Maintain clear communication with both business stakeholders and engineers, explaining complex problems in an easily understandable way.
- Being part of the top Tech leadership group working directly with the two co-founders on bringing the company to the next level
- Lead the design and implementation of our system's architecture, including infrastructure and software.
- Identify, assess, and propose solutions to existing system issues or areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with in-house stakeholders to understand their requirements, then design, specify, and draft appropriate system components and interfaces.
- Constantly review current mix of monolithic and microservices architecture and adapt to future needs where necessary
- Ensure the successful integration of third-party services around ERP, CRM, and Ecommerce.
- Evaluate and incorporate new technologies, infrastructure as code, and distributed systems for continuous improvement of our architecture.

- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering and system architecture or a similar role.
- Have ideally experience working in a startup environment.
- Are proficient with cloud infrastructures, especially AWS and GCP.
- Have prior experience with integrating third-party services around ERP, CRM, and Ecommerce.
- Have experience in fullstack web-development in TypeScript (nest.js/next.js) and Python (FastAPI/Django), knowledge of Ruby on Rails is a plus
- Have demonstrated skills in system design and modeling.
- Have a proven track record of managing and developing IT architecture.
- Are experienced in leading a technical team.
- Have the ability to assess and incorporate new technologies into an existing system.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical problems in a simple, understandable manner.
- Are detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Have strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
