Im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung suchen wir für einen Projekteinsatz bei unserem Kunden in Berlin einen Fulfillment Specialist (OFS) (M/F/d).

**Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet**:

- Gewährleistungen die pünktliche Platzierung von Bestellungen nach Übergabe durch Sourcing
- Initiiert und führt Kick Off Meeting zu das Koordinationsverfahren für die Sprengung definieren.
- Stellt sicher, dass der Basisplan des Auftragnehmers zur Nachverfolgung und Überwachung verfügbar ist.
- Führt Fortschrittsüberprüfungen mit den Lieferanten durch und stellt sicher, dass alle Fortschrittsberichte von den Lieferanten in der richtigen Form und zum richtigen Zeitpunkt eingehen.
- Unterstützt aktiv die Technik
- und Qualitätsdisziplin zur Beschleunigung der kritischen Dokumentation. OFS überprüft und überwacht außerdem den Einreichungs
- und Genehmigungsstatus kritischer Dokumente mit der Technik
- und Qualitätsfunktion, um die Fertigungsfreigabe rechtzeitig freizugeben und das Ziel der „pünktischen Lieferung“ (OTD) zu erreichen.
- Beschleunigt die Lieferanten beim Fortschritt der für seinen Aufgabenbereich zugewiesenen Pakete, einschließlich der Koordination mit internen Disziplinen, um die pünktlichen Projektlieferungen einzuhalten.
- Überprüft den Fortschritt durch die Durchführung von Lieferantenbesuchen/Begehungen (auch unangekündigt, wenn der Verdacht auf Unregelmäßigkeiten besteht) beim Hersteller und seinen Lieferanten, in den Fertigungshallen oder in seinen Büros.
- PLAN-IST-Vergleichsanalyse der Fertigungsplanung, Rohstoffbeschaffung und tatsächlichen Fertigungsaktivitäten.
- Erkennt Risiken und Chancen bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten.
- Bei Abweichungen von den Spezifikationen (Non-Conformances) Bewertung der Auswirkung auf die Erzielung einer termingerechten Lieferung in Abstimmung mit Engineering/Supplier Quality.
- Stellt dem Lieferanten das Material Tracking Application (MTA)-Benutzerhandbuch (nach Verfügbarkeit der MTA) zum besseren Verständnis des Tools zur Verfügung. Alle MTA-bezogenen Anfragen während der Ausführung werden von OFS mit Unterstützung einzelner Funktions-/MTA-Hauptbenutzer beantwortet.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abschluss im Bereich Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen/Betriebswirtschaft
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Beschaffung, die den eigenen Umfang und die eigenen Lieferanten proaktiv verwaltet.
- Sprachkenntnisse und Level: English for Business, German as a bonus
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamplayer sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
