Aufgaben
- Erste\*r Ansprechpartner\*in am Empfang im Rahmen der Gästebetreuung in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Korrespondenz mit Mitarbeitenden, Fremdfirmen, der Hausverwaltung und Besuchern via E-Mail, Telefon oder persönlich
- Fuhrparkmanagement: Verwaltung von Firmenfahrzeugen sowie Mietwagenbestellungen für Mitarbeitende
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung des Postein
- und -ausgangs
- Kontierung von Rechnungen und Bereitstellung im EDV-Programm
- Koordinierung der Besprechungsräume
- Allgemeines Bestellwesen für Büro
- und Verbrauchsmaterial inkl. Rechnungsbearbeitung
- Unterstützung des Managers General Affairs
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung
- Idealerweise Vorerfahrung in den Tätigkeiten wie Fuhrparkmanagement, Kontierung oder Bestellwesen
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie ein freundliches, sicheres und professionelles Auftreten für ein hilfsbereites Miteinander auf Augenhöhe
- Organisationstalent mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und der Fähigkeit selbstständig und strukturiert zu arbeiten
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Programmen, insbesondere MS Office
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Diskretion sind Grundvoraussetzung
