**A bit about you & the role**
- You will be responsible for the performance management of a team of Sales Specialists, whose tasks will be to visit potential customer outlets to drive growth of products and services, through new customer acquisition & increasing sales figures.
- You will also be responsible for a small, defined region with your own targets, taking up approximately 20% of your time.
- You will be commercially astute with the ability to coach & develop your team to deliver more & driving a ‘ONE TEAM’ culture. You will have an eye for detail and a proven track record of driving performance with a team of salespeople to deliver against target.
- You will attend weekly, monthly and quarterly sales meetings, being the voice of the team, fully able to articulate what the team have delivered and key insights as requested. You will also be required to provide insights & regular updates to the central European project, managed in the UK, reporting directly to the Operations Manager - Europe.

**The task of the team is**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the independent workshop sector
- Implementation and presentation of the app-controlled loyalty program for customer loyalty
- Detailed survey of independent workshop landscape in Germany to focus on lead generation
- Presentation and engagement of additional products, including installation of marketing materials and training (where needed)
- Demonstrate products to new and existing customers

In addition to these tasks, you will also participate in the European coordination meetings of Advantage Smollan, responsible for the customer at European level.

**To be successful you need the following strengths**
- Proven solid successes in people management & driving team performance
- Ability to think and act entrepreneurially
- A strong & highly effective communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- Experience in the automotive sector, or a related sector, is preferential
- A strong sense of responsibility, where one takes the initiative to solve problems but at the same time ensuring that the needs of the company, distributors and customers are exceeded
- The focus is on a high level of service with your customers
- Fluent in English AND German
- Be in possession of a driver's license
