- Vorantreiben der Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung im Aktuariat Global Health- In Ihrer Rolle übernehmen Sie die fachliche Leitung der Weiterentwicklung und Verbreitung von Standards und anerkannten Methoden der Kalkulation. Sie geben die aktuarielle Expertise an die lokalen Einheiten weiter.
- Sie überwachen die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Tools und stellen das aktuarielle Know-how in globalen und lokalen Produktentwicklungsprojekten sicher.
- Sie verstehen und kommunizieren die technischen IFRS 17 Ergebnisse der lokalen Einheiten sowie von Treibern und Risiken. Die technische Überprüfung und Erbringung aktuarieller Peer-Reviews runden Ihre Aufgaben ab.**Ihr Profil**:

- Mathematischer Experte mit analytischer Arbeitsweise
- Als erste Basis haben Sie einen Hochschulabschluss mit mathematischem Hintergrund sowie idealerweise weitere versicherungsmathematische Qualifikationen.
Wünschenswert ist eine einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem Krankenversicherungsunternehmen. Sie besitzen ein Verständnis von Krankenversicherungsprodukten sowie von medizinischen Aspekten zu Schadensfällen.
Ihre Arbeitsweise ist analytisch sowie mathematisch und wird durch Ihre Kenntnisse in entsprechender Software (z. B. R oder GLM) ergänzt.
Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie Ihre Selbständigkeit, Ihr überzeugendes Kommunikationsgeschick sowie Ihr unternehmerisches Denken.
Ihr sehr gutes Englisch (C1) sowie Ihr gutes Deutsch (B2) rundet Ihr Profil ab. Jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil.**Unser Angebot**:
