**DEINE ROLLE BEI AIONEERS**:
Für unser wachsendes Professional Services Team suchen wir für unseren **Standort Mannheim** nach leidenschaftlichen Werkstudenten, die unsere Kunden bei der Einführung des AIO Supply Chain Command Center (SCCC) begleiten.

Anforderungsmanagement**: Du unterstützt dabei die Prozesse und Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden sorgfältig zu analysieren, um ein tiefes Verständnis für ihre Anforderungen zu entwickeln.
- ** Datenanalysen und Recherchen**: Du hilfst dabei Daten zu analysieren, Informationen zusammenzutragen und Informationen zu strukturieren.
- ** Beratung und Lösungsfindung**: Du unterstützt unsere Teams bei der Einführung und Nutzung unserer Software bei unseren Kunden. Du hilfst bei der Erstellung funktionaler Lösungskonzepte, um die Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden zu optimieren.
- ** Anpassung und Konfiguration**:Du arbeitest in einem interdisziplinären Team aus Business Consultants, Solution Architects, Data Analysts und Data Engineers zusammen, um die erhobenen Anforderungen in passende technische Lösungen zu übersetzen.
- ** Schulungs-Material und Training**: Du erstellst Schulungsmaterial, damit unsere Kunden die Software vollständig verstehen und effektiv einsetzen können.
- ** Problemmanagement**: Du unterstützt bei Herausforderungen während der Einführungsphase und arbeitest in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Projekt
- und Support-Team an geeigneten Lösungen.
- ** Dokumentation**: Du hilfst dabei, gewonnenen Erkenntnisse, Anforderungen und Lösungskonzepte zu dokumentieren und damit unser Wissensmanagement zu stärken.

- Du absolvierst derzeit ein relevantes Studium in den Bereichen Supply Chain, IT, Wirtsch.Ing., BWL, o.ä. im Großraum Rhein-Neckar
- Du kannst unser Team für mindestens ein Jahr mit 20h pro Woche unterstützen
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Projekterfahrung im Studium oder Praktikum gesammelt
- Du gehst sicher mit MS-Office Produkten um - insbesondere mit MS Excel und MS PowerPoint
- Dein Interesse liegt an der Schnittstelle von Consulting, Supply Chain Management und IT-Projektmanagement
- Du bist offen mit neuen Technologien und digitalen Lösungen zu arbeiten
- Dich zeichnen sehr gute zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Kompetenzen, eine hohe Motivation und Bereitschaft zum Lernen aus
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
