We are looking for a **Fragrance Ambassador Cartier (Freelancer, Part-Time or Full-Time)** for our Cartier Boutique in Düsseldorf as soon as possible.

How will you make a difference?

As a Fragrance Ambassador, you will support the boutique in achieving and exceeding fragrance sales targets by ensuring that customers have an outstanding customer experience.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Create exceptional client experience resulting in strong fragrance sales**
- Support the boutique in meeting and exceeding fragrance sales targets
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience in our boutique and skillfully introduce our clients to our fragrance world as an integral part of the Cartier universe
- Support the Sales Associates and present our fragrance creations to the customers before/during/after the Sales Ceremony and thus promote cross-selling
- Recognize customer needs and can meet expectations regarding fragrances (for the customer himself and as a gift option) with ease, also meet the objections of customers
- Together with boutique management, develop a feel for local customers to promote interaction with the Maison and customer loyalty

**Act as a representative for the fragrance category in the boutique**
- Raise awareness, product knowledge and passion for the fragrance category across the entire boutique team
- Together with the boutique, support execution of all fragrance initiatives, such as new visual merchandising, events, sampling,
- Ensure that the boutique always has sufficient fragrance stock levels at its disposal
- Share relevant client feedback with the Parfums team and contribute your own initiatives

**Support daily boutique operations**
- Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison and boutique
- Assist in merchandising and daily maintenance of fragrance displays and back-stock

**PROFILE**
- Min. 2 years’ experience in the luxury industry
- Experience in luxury sales, ideally in the fragrance, jewelry and/or watch industry
- In-depth knowledge of fragrances and the corresponding presentation
- Unique interest in new ways to shape sales and make the impossible possible
- Excellent communication skills and positive appearance
- Fluent in English and German - additional language is a plus
- Passionate about fragrances and the luxury retail industry
- Outstanding sales talent
