**Your Job**:
- Optoelectronic measurements of insulator-based perovskite devices in the time and frequency domain
- Transient photoluminescence measurements of perovskite films, layer stacks and insulator-based devices
- Ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) measurements to determine perovskite/transport layer band offsets
- Data analysis using a combination of analytical models and drift-diffusion simulations
- Determination of key parameters of the loss mechanisms at each interface of the perovskite solar cell
**Your Profile**:
- Masters degree in physics, materials science, physical chemistry, electrical engineering and related disciplines
- Very good grades in the masters and bachelors degrees are mandatory
- Knowledge of semiconductor and solar cell physics is required
- Knowledge of solar cell characterization methods and/or drift-diffusion simulations is useful but not mandatory
Ability to work autonomously and in close interaction within a team
