**Job Description**:
We are now looking for an experienced CICS Admin to join our team

**What you will work on**:

- Configure and manage development CICS environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Set up and maintain CICS interfaces for seamless integration between systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot CICS-related problems, utilizing IPCS for trace analysis.
- Perform dump analysis to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Optimize the performance of online programs within CICS environments.
- Maintain and manage TDQ (Transient Data Queue) and TSQ (Temporary Storage Queue) components.
- Perform online plan maintenance to ensure efficient CICS operation.
- Actively participate in incident calls, contributing to timely issue resolution.
- Provide support for CICS software upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and system compatibility.
- Utilize knowledge of CICS APIs and REXX scripting for advanced problem-solving (added advantage).
- Exhibit proficient writing and speaking skills in both German and English for effective communication.

- Support for CICS software upgrades and compatibility.
- Additional advantage: Knowledge of CICS APIs and REXX scripting.
- Effective communication skills in both German and English, both written and spoken
