**Repair Technician (m/w/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Durchführen von technischen und kosmetischen Reparatur
- und Wartungsarbeiten an der Encore-Ausrüstung und den Road Cases.
- Unterstützung aller Qualitätskontrollprozesse und -verfahren.
- Neue Geräte und Vorrichtungen entwerfen, um die Leistung bestehender Produkte zu steigern oder den Wert bestehender Geräte zu erhöhen.
- Pflege von Beziehungen zu Lieferanten und Bestellung der für Reparaturen erforderlichen Teile.
- Kontrolle der Ausrüstung (im Lager und vor Ort bei unseren Hotelpartnern).
- Erstellung und Bereitstellung von Berichten über wichtige Reparaturkennzahlen.

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich der AV- Medientechnik bzw. Veranstaltungsbranche insbesondere in der Reparatur von professionellen A/V- und Beleuchtungsgeräten
- Erfahrung in der Fehlersuche und Reparatur analoger und digitaler Schaltungen bis auf Komponentenebene.
- Fähigkeit, Testgeräte wie DMM, Oszilloskope und Signalgeneratoren kompetent zu nutzen.
- Lötkenntnisse sowohl bei gedrahteten als auch bei oberflächenmontierten Bauteilen.
- Eigenmotivierte, einfallsreiche Person mit der Fähigkeit, unabhängig und im Team zu arbeiten.
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gepflegtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild
