**Das erwartet Dich**:

- Als Senior Associate übernimmst du die interne (Teil-)Verantwortung von vielseitigen, interdisziplinären Projekten primär in den Bereichen Corporate Finance und M&A Lead Advisory (Sell-Side und Buy-Side, Distressed) mit der Perspektive auf die Manager-/Projektleitungsfunktion.
- Für die Erstellung von Präsentationen, Informationsmemoranden, Teasern, Long Lists und Prozessbriefen setzt du deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit ein.
- Die Durchführung von Investorenansprachen gehört ebenso in deinen Aufgabenbereich wie die Koordinierung und Begleitung der Due Diligence Prüfungen von Investoren, das Hosting von virtuellen Datenräumen sowie die Begleitung von Managementpräsentationen.
- Deinen Aufgabenbereich runden die Erstellung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Unterstützung bei der Erstellung integrierter Finanz
- bzw. Unternehmensplanungen (Financial Modelling) sowie die Analysen und indikativen Bewertungen von Unternehmen (Valuation) ab.
- Du bist in deinen Projekten wichtiger Ansprechpartner für Mandanten, Investoren und deine Kolleg*innen.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) mit wirtschaftlicher, mathematischer/naturwissenschaftlicher, technischer oder informationstechnischer Ausrichtung
- Mindestens 2-3 jährige Berufserfahrungen bei einer fokussierten M&A Boutique, Corporate Finance Abteilung einer WP-Gesellschaft, Corporate M&A Abteilung oder einem Private Equity Fonds
- Ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und eine gute Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Ein hohes Maß an Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Sorgfalt
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office
