**Sustainability Specialist (w/m/d)**:

Als Sustainability Specialist sind Sie Ansprechpartner für Themen wie Umwelt
- & Abfallmanagement, Energiemanagement & Energieeffizienz sowie Nachhaltigkeit. Sie unterstützen das Unternehmen, indem Sie Ihr Wissen einbringen, um Lösungen und Vorschläge für die Durchführung von Programmen zur Leistungsverbesserung in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich anbieten.

HSE Manager

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Beratung der Fachabteilungen in Entsorgungsfragen, Erstellung von Konzepten zur sortenreinen Trennung von Wertstoffen sowie zur Überführung der Standorte in eine Kreislaufwirtschaft; Erarbeitung von Recyclingkonzepten
- Ausarbeitung von strategischen Roadmaps zu Energieeffizienzthemen sowie Schaffung von Vorgaben und Standards zur energieeffizienten Gebäude
- und Produktionstechnik
- Mitwirkung bei Investitionsprojekten unter dem Aspekt energieeffizienterer Anlagen und bei der Analyse und systematischen Überarbeitung bestehender Anlagen und Vorrichtungen im Hinblick auf Energieerfassung und Energieeinsparung
- Erstellung von Bilanzen gemäß GHG-Protokoll für die Standorte
- Unterstützung von Produktzertifizierungen hinsichtlich Aspekte der Nachhaltigkeit Formulierung von Anforderungskatalogen an nachhaltige Produktentwicklung und Prozesse
- Initiierung, Entwicklung und Koordinierung von Prozessen in den Bereichen Energiemanagement, Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit in regelmäßiger enger Abstimmung mit den Managementbeauftragten, verantwortlichen Stellen (Beauftragte) und den betroffenen Abteilungen
- Dokumentation & Pflege von Prozessen für den Fachbereich Sustainability
- Durchführung von Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Zertifizierung nach DIN EN ISO 50001 sowie Vorbereitung von Wiederholungszertifizierungen; Erfüllung der Dokumentationspflichten der ISO 50.001 und 14.001 für den Fachbereich Sustainability
- Aufbereitung und Erstellung von Artikeln / Fotos zur Berichterstattung von durchgeführten Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten zur internen und externen Kommunikation
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des internen Nachhaltigkeitsreportings

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über Elektrotechnik, Energieeffizienz, E-Mobility, DIN ISO 50001 - Energiemanagementsystem, PV Technik, Gebäudeleittechnik und Gebäudesteuerung
- Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP
- Eine teamfähige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Energie
- und Umwelttechnik)
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
