**Funktionsziel**:
Prüfung der Zusammensetzung, Kennzeichnung, Aufmachung und Bewerbung des Enteral Nutrition Produktportfolios zur Sicherstellung der internen und lebensmittelrechtlichen Compliance.

Sicherstellung der Vermarkung des Enteral Nutrition Produktportfolios durch Erlangen und Aufrechterhalten nationaler Produktregistrierungen basierend auf konformer, aktueller und konsistenter Registrierungsdokumentation.

Regulatorische Unterstützung in Projektteams, um regulatorische Themen in Projekten und die zugehörigen Produktregistrierungen zu begleiten.

Ihre Aufgabe
- Lebensmittelrechtliche Prüfung von Rohstoffen, Rezepturen und Nährwertprofilen
- Neuerstellung und Aktualisierung der lebensmittelrechtlichen Produktunterlagen (z.B. Zutatenliste, Nährwertinformation, Rohstoffinformationen)
- Mitwirkung bei Projekten bzgl. Änderungen und Neuentwicklungen
- Konformitätsprüfung von Produktetiketten nach EU Lebensmittelrecht
- Regulatorischen Analyse und Folgenabschätzung von Anpassungsmaßnahmen betreffend Rohstoffe und Rezepturen
- Koordination von Bestellungen/ Aufträgen (z.B. Rechtsgutachten und Kennzeichnungsgutachten) und deren Auswertung
- Beantwortung von regulatorischen Kundenanfragen
- Unterstützung bei behördlichen Beanstandungen oder Anfragen
- Koordination nationaler Neuproduktzulassungen oder Änderungen bestehender Produktzulassungen im Rahmen von Projekten

Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im lebensmittelwissenschaftlichen Bereich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im regulatorischen Umfeld der
Lebensmittelindustrie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen und europäischen Lebensmittelrechts
betreffend Zusammensetzung, Kennzeichnung, Aufmachung und
Bewerbung von Speziallebensmitteln
- Kenntnisse der Codex Alimentarius Standards für Lebensmittel für
besondere Ernährungszwecke
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (Office 365), sicherer Umgang mit
Datenbanken/Dokumentmanagementsystemen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytisches Denkvermögen
