In Sailauf bei Aschaffenburg werden in unserem modernen Prüfzentrum Fahrzeuge, Fahrzeugkomponenten und -systeme für die Qualitätssicherung und Entwicklungsabteilungen der Fahrzeugindustrie getestet.

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie**:
- Administrative Unterstützung des Teams (u.a. Qualitätsmanagement, Arbeitssicherheit und Informationssicherheit)
- Mitwirkung bei Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Systeme und Dokumentation
- Sie bilden die Schnittstelle zu anderen Bereichen und sind Ansprechpartner für organisatorische Belange des Teams
- Terminmanagement, Maßnahmenverfolgung, Reportingaufgaben, sowie Begleitung diverser Meetings
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen
- Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben in Qualitäts
- und Prozessmanagement
**Das erwarten wir von Ihnen**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
- Kenntnisse über Abläufe und Organisation von administrativen Tätigkeiten
- Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
- SAP Grundkenntnisse sind von Vorteil (Bestellanforderungen,...)
- Kommunikationsfreude und ausgeprägte Service-Mentalität
- Organisationstalente und eine eigenverantwortliche, qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Spaß am Arbeiten im Team
