**Visual Computing**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- You will strengthen the research area of Visual Computing in the Department for Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in the School of Science and Technology.-
- The professorship is integrated in the existing research focus Sensors/Visual Computing together with the "Learning to Sense" research unit funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) and in the interdisciplinary Center for Sensor Systems (ZESS). Active participation in profile development and in coordinated research projects is expected.- Teaching will cover courses in Visual Computing for the existing computer science and electrical engineering study programs. It is expected that applicants will participate adequately- in the teaching of computer science as well as in its profiling and internationalization. After 5 years at the latest, the applicant should be able to offer at least some parts of their courses in German.**Your profile**:
