**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
- Leitung der Sales Abteilung
- Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung aller Verkaufsaktivitäten
- Umsetzen von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung
- Pflege und Ausbau von Kundenkontakten (lokal, national, international)
- Planung und Betreuung von Kundenevents und Famtrips, Incentives
- Steuerung der aktiven Akquise von Neukunden
- Verkaufsreisen, Besuch von Messen und Workshops
- Verantwortlich für Zielerreichung nach dem Budget

**IHR PROFIL**:
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und ein professionelles Auftreten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotellerie, Tourismus
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer verantwortlichen Sales Position in der Luxus Hotellerie
- Sie sind analytisch stark und können strategische Vorgaben in operative Maßnahmen umsetzen
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Zahlenaffinität
- Sicheren Umgang mit MS Office Programmen sowie ausgezeichnetes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
